Texas Bay Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist at our Houston headquarters. The role handles lien perfection, payoff processing, escrow setup, HMDA reporting, and related servicing tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Local commute to 2650 N. Featherwood Dr. is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months at a financial institution performing customer service, check deposits, account research.
• Knowledge of Texas DMV titling regulations and/or real estate process desired.
• Must possess a valid Texas ID/DL for DMV title transfers.
• Strong judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a group; fast learner in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Process requests from email, fax, mail, IM, and ticketing systems within defined timeframes and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Handle lien perfection paperwork for consumer and real estate loans with accuracy.
• Perform full servicing of Real Estate accounts including quotes, payoffs, escrow setup, tax payments, and HMDA reporting.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and contact members, dealerships, and financial institutions to obtain or correct required paperwork.
• Post payoff checks and coordinate with parties to obtain necessary documentation; assist with lien releases.
• Process title requests and in/out of state transfers as required.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and credit union policies; adhere to business procedures.
