Job summary

Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support mortgage accounting, escrow management, and compliance. You will prepare reports, process payments, and maintain loan documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, handling loan draw requests, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met while delivering excellent member service on-site at the Katy, TX administration office.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage/real estate operations or related field.
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to analyze information for accurate resolutions.
• Proficient in MS Office and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mortgage data, post payments, update member records, and prepare payoff statements.
• Process escrow payments monthly/annually and balance general ledger accounts.
• Handle loan draw requests, inspections coordination, and post-closing packages.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, Privacy, and related regulations.
