Rio Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Compliance Specialist II to join our Loan Administration team in McAllen, TX. This role focuses on accurate, compliant loan servicing, including escrow administration, HMDA reporting, and consumer credit dispute handling.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in banking or financial services and 1+ year in loan operations, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking or related financial services.
• 1+ year in loan operations.
• Lending compliance or regulatory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of loan documentation and applicable lending regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process and review escrow accounts, payments, analyses, notices, and related documentation.
• Review loans for HMDA applicability and support accurate HMDA reporting.
• Maintain documentation for denied, withdrawn, and incomplete loan applications.
• Monitor flood insurance requirements, coverage, notices, and related activity.
• Investigate and track consumer credit disputes and manage related e-OSCAR activities.
• Provide guidance and support to lending staff on loan servicing and compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate records while protecting confidential customer and bank information.
