Automatic Data Processing, Inc. – Houston Headquarters is seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to handle lien perfections, payoff processing, escrow management, and related activity for both consumer and real estate loans.

The role requires accurate processing, strong customer service, and compliance with lending regulations. The position involves daily reporting, coordination with internal departments, and handling complex inquiries from members and third parties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience at a financial institution performing customer service, account research, and investigations.
• Knowledge of Texas DMV titling regulations and/or real estate process is desirable.
• Must possess a valid Texas ID/DL for DMV title transfers.
• Strong judgment, ability to work independently and in a team, and solid problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process department emails, faxes, mail, instant messages, and tickets; respond promptly and professionally.
• Handle lien perfection paperwork for consumer and real estate loans; verify accuracy.
• Service Real Estate accounts: quotes, payoffs, escrows, and annual HMDA reporting.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports; contact members and institutions to obtain required paperwork.
• Post real estate and consumer loan payoff checks per guidelines; assist with lien releases.
• Review registrations, process in/out-of-state title requests and vehicle transport notices.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, including AML and bank secrecy.
• Cross-train to cover department duties as needed.
• Communicate with members, dealers, financial institutions, and government agencies to resolve issues.
