Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRE loan management, workout, special servicing or related areas.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and capital markets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and track workflow tasks for Special Servicers and internal stakeholders.
• Review loan documents and assist with processing disbursements, payments, and wire requests.
• Assist with transfer of loans into and out of Special Servicing.
• Handle a high volume of daily activity and manage emails.
• Monitor workload and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Complete tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate with Special Servicers and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Participate in team trainings and maintain process documentation.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Make routine operational decisions within guidelines.
• Apply knowledge of commercial mortgage servicing to daily responsibilities.
