Peachtree Group is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate in Atlanta to support loan servicing and asset management, focusing on analysis, draw processing, and reporting.
You will collaborate with in-house teams, external servicers, and lenders to ensure timely funding, covenant compliance, and accurate performance metrics. This role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The Loan Servicing Associate will support Peachtree’s loan servicing and asset management activities with a primary focus on loan and investment servicing, analysis, and loan draw processing. You will work closely with the in-house asset management team, our external servicing group, underwriting teams, borrowers, participant lenders and other key stakeholders. The position requires strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
