Responsibilities

• Asset management: monitor hospitality assets and improve value.
• Financial modeling to assess hotel investments and NOI.
• Portfolio analysis across hotels and related properties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute asset strategies.
• Mentorship to junior team members on analysis and decisions.
• Prepare portfolio reports and quarterly reviews.
• Conduct market research on trends and dynamics.
