Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in loan servicing, invoice processing, or related financial operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial software and systems; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process the daily incoming invoices hourly or more if volume increases.
• Distribute the manual invoices into analyst folders, accounting for analyst team schedules.
• Help manage the internal shared inbox for emails that need attention.
• Purchase and modify invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Initiate and resolve program term exceptions by collaborating across departments.
• Complete cross-training with department leaders to enhance skills and understanding across loan servicing functions.
• Collaborate with team to identify ongoing sources of process improvement and implement enhancements.
