Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree or diploma in a business-related field preferred.
• Prior experience with loan documentation and operations preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support back-office loan operations, including administration and servicing.
• Maintain accurate loan records and ensure collateral perfection.
• Record and file electronic documents and payoff information.
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
• Collaborate with lenders, staff, customers, and auditors.
