Frost Bank in Texas is seeking a Loan Services Team Leader to oversee daily loan operations and support a Loan Services Supervisor. You will guide staff, handle complex loan issues, and promote teamwork to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring of personnel, with a focus on delivering exceptional banking service and supporting Frost's long-standing customers in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Loan experience.
• Debit and credit/general ledger exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Control the flow of work to ensure that all activities are completed, and deadlines are met.
• Assist and support Loan Services personnel with the completion of daily activities
• Provide guidance and assistance with complex loan issues to Loan Services personnel, Lenders, Assistants, and other bank personnel
• Motivate staff and promote teamwork to meet deadlines and maintain quality and accuracy of work completed
• Assist in the training of personnel
• Aid Supervisor in conducting meetings, employee reviews, counseling, teamwork, and mentoring
• Discuss personnel issues with Supervisor and/or Manager
• Perform all other duties as assigned
