Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent banking operations experience.
• 5+ years of consumer banking experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and implement policies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members.
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met.
• Stay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
