Qualifications

• 3+ years in banking or 2+ years in admin/loan administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Commercial Real Estate loan closing and construction risk management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial lending teams to support portfolio management and business development.
• Prepare documents to assist in loan approval, modification, and coordinate loan closing processes.
• Compile administration reports such as Past Dues, Significant Balances, and Risk Grades.
