Frost is seeking a Relationship Administrative Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to support Loan Officers by handling policy implementation, data gathering, and reporting. You will act as a liaison within the department and ensure top-quality service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in banking or 2+ years in administrative/loan administration roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers with policy implementation and reporting.
• Prepare documents for loan approvals, modifications, and closings.
• Compile reports like Past Dues, Significant Balances, and Risk Grades.
• Monitor loan-related tasks (LAMS, credit, collateral) weekly.
• Facilitate stop payments and opening of depository accounts.
• Update Salesforce records for clients and prospects; assist with customer inquiries.
