• Ability to comprehend loan-related questions and communicate clear written or verbal responses.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy, supporting computer-based processing and data entry.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong time management to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight timelines.
• Ability to batch, balance, and process loan transactions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Assist external and internal customers with accounts, resolving loan issues by submitting maintenance documentation for input to loan system; verify, quote, accept and fax payoffs; process overpayments.
• Process and balance loan transactions and payments.
• Analyze, research bank records, and proactively resolve less complicated loan account requests received directly or by referral from Customer Contact Center.
• Monitor and correct matured loans and credit line reports as well as reviewing credit line problem statements before statement mailing.
• Distribute route work.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
