You will scan, index and review documents in the imaging system, maintain loan collateral, track new loans, process loan and credit card payments, review appraisals and flood determinations, and perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator as needed. Updated 07/29/26.

• Scan, index and review documents in the imaging system.
• Review, change, add and maintain documents in the imaging system.
• Track all new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system.
• Maintain and track loan collateral.
• Reviews and processes loan advances.
• Reviews, processes, and tracks insurance cancellations.
• Process paid off loans, as needed.
• Balance internal accounts, as needed.
• Process loan and credit card payments, as needed.
• Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed.
• Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed.
