The role involves scanning, indexing, reviewing loan documents, tracking collateral, and processing payments, with opportunities to handle appraisals and insurance cancellations as needed.

Qualifications

• Scan, index and review documents in the imaging system.
• Review, change, add and maintain documents in the imaging system.
• Track all new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system.
• Maintain and track loan collateral.
• Reviews and processes loan advances.
• Reviews, processes, and tracks insurance cancellations.
• Process paid off loans, as needed.
• Balance internal accounts, as needed.
• Process loan and credit card payments, as needed.
• Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed.
• Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support loan operations by scanning and indexing documents.
• Maintain imaging system records and ensure accuracy.
• Track new loans and ensure proper scanning.
• Balance internal accounts and process payments as required.
• Assist with loan advances and insurance cancellations.
