Job summary

Killbuck Savings Bank Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Clerk to provide essential clerical support within the loan operations department, ensuring accurate document handling and timely processing.

You will scan, index and review documents in the imaging system, maintain loan collateral, track new loans, process loan and credit card payments, review appraisals and flood determinations, and perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator as needed. Updated 07/29/26.

• Balance internal accounts, as needed.
• Process loan and credit card payments, as needed.
• Order and review appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks, as needed.
• Perform duties of the Loan Service Administrator, as needed.
