Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a detail‑oriented Clerical Assistant to support the loan operations team. The role involves scanning, indexing and reviewing documents in the imaging system, maintaining loan records and tracking new loans for imaging entry.

The position requires processing loan advances, insurance cancellations, and loan payments, as well as balancing internal accounts and coordinating appraisal and EDR checks when needed.

Qualifications

• Scans, indexes and reviews documents in the imaging system.
• Reviews, changes and maintains documents in the imaging system.
• Tracks new loans to ensure they are scanned into the imaging system.
• Balances internal accounts and processes loan payments as needed.
• Orders and reviews appraisals, flood determinations and EDR checks as needed.
• Performs duties of Loan Service Administrator when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the loan operations department.
• Review and process loan advances and insurance cancellations.
• Process paid off loans and review related documentation.
• Balance and reconcile internal loan accounts.
• Maintain loan collateral records and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely loan processing.
