Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Collections experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude, integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with customer interactions, sales, and problem-solving.
• Organized and detail-oriented with basic math skills.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers throughout the loan process.
• Process loan applications and verify required documentation.
• Explain loan terms, payment options, and account requirements.
• Contact customers regarding payments and help identify solutions for past-due accounts.
• Process payments, extensions, modifications, and account updates accurately.
• Make collection calls and work with customers to bring accounts current.
• Develop new and existing customer relationships through sales and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records while following company, state, and federal requirements.
• Support branch operations and assist the Branch Manager as needed.
