World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, handle collections, and prepare tax returns. The role involves extensive daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans, with growth potential based on performance.

The position emphasizes handling fast-paced workloads, navigating challenging conversations, and meeting targets across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound customer outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products and services.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review required documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in company systems.
