Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account mgmt with measurable results preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations; meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry are expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
