Job summary

The role requires on-site presence at the branch, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet licensing requirements. You will participate in fast-paced interactions while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch office is required; working from home is not permitted.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels and settings.
• Maintain confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Market branch products and services to customers and prospects.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments on accounts.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and document interactions.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals; build relationships.
