Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• On-site branch work is essential; working from home is not permitted.
• Travel, including overnight travel, is required.
• Ability to meet Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply judgment.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidential information.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to operate an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products and services to support branch sales goals.
• Market branch products and services to customers and prospects.
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is accurate and document interactions.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and respond promptly.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Follow all 1FFC policies and procedures and comply with regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of 1FFC products.
• Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities.
