1st Franklin Financial Corporation is hiring a Loan Sales Representative in Gainesville, GA. The role focuses on selling and recommending loan products, servicing customers, and building branch relationships to meet sales targets.

The LSR will work closely with the Branch Manager, conduct outreach to customers, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering a high level of customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• On-site branch work is required; working from home is not permitted.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as needed.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Analyze information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and results oriented; MS Office proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Recommends product and services to support branch goals and customer expectations.
• Markets branch products and services to customers and prospects.
• Conducts collection calls to arrange payment on accounts.
• Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions.
• Meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Engage in dialogues to identify and respond to customer needs promptly.
