The position offers base compensation with an additional incentive program tied to individual and company performance, and opportunities for growth into leadership tracks such as Branch or District Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loan terms and options.
