Job summary

You will handle multiple tasks, assist customers through the loan process, and contribute to branch goals while maintaining compliance and quality service. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers through the loan process.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a driven, goal-oriented attitude and commitment to achievement.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
