Qualifications

• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask to deliver timely, efficient service.
• Meet customer expectations with empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to goals.
• Develop new connections and engage customers through the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and our system.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products to ensure understanding of options.
