• Engage customers throughout the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Display a proactive, goal-oriented attitude toward achievements.
• Educate customers on insurance options and loan terms.
