Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively solving problems, presenting loan solutions based on customer needs, and presenting all available sales products.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit information for current and potential customers.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer possible solutions and resolve delinquency.
• Achieve branch goals through sales of company products and services.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and deliver daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
