1st Franklin Financial Corporation is seeking a Loan Sales Representative in Marrero, LA. The role partners with the Branch Manager to build relationships and identify customer needs. You will interview customers and promote loan products to meet sales goals.

The position requires daily on-site work at the branch, MS Office proficiency, and travel as needed. A valid driver's license and licensing eligibility are required. Competitive pay starts at $17/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• On-site at branch office is essential (no work-from-home)
• Travel, including overnight travel, is required
• Meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
• Demonstrate ability to analyze information and apply judgment
• Strong interpersonal relationships across varied settings
• Maintain confidential business/personal information
• Action- and result-focused
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsabilités

• Recommend products and services to meet branch sales goals and customer expectations
• Market branch products and services to customers and prospects
• Conduct collection calls to arrange payments on accounts
• Identify opportunities to originate new loans with customers
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
• Document interactions and ensure customer information accuracy
