Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and departments through phone, email, chat and internal systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
