Roles involve educating customers on loan terms, engaging via phone, email, chat, and other channels, and driving loan lifecycle activities including collections when needed. On-site schedule is standard business hours with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.
