Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. This in-person role requires daily outbound calling, strong sales instincts, and the ability to close loans while delivering excellent service.

You will work in a fast-paced branch environment, balance collections with new business, and participate in company-wide training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
