Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit/financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances and offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed branch goals related to sales of company products and services.
• Learn applicable Federal, State, and Local laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and deliver deposits as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to maintain service quality.
