Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact past due customers to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals for products and services.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain cash drawers and daily deposits as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure quality customer service.
