Mariner Finance in North Carolina is hiring for a customer service oriented role at the Rockingham branch. You will provide excellent service, present loan options, and process credit applications.

This full-time position offers base pay $18.00–$21.00 per hour plus a competitive monthly incentive, with a comprehensive benefits package. Hours vary: Mon, Wed, Thu 9:00AM–5:00PM; Tue 9:00AM–7:00PM; Fri 9:00AM–5:30PM; Saturdays seasonally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service or sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to learn financial services programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze credit information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Learn applicable federal, state, and local consumer laws for compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and process payments and daily deposits.
• Perform additional functions as required to meet market needs.
