Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated success in operational, quality control, audit, servicing, or analytical roles.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial services, operations, customer support, quality assurance, or related business environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to evaluate information and decide.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate documentation, data, and transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform quality control reviews and research exceptions to resolve discrepancies.
• Accurately document actions, decisions, and resolutions in systems of record.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with internal stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes.
• Manage assigned workloads, balance priorities, and meet production/quality goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Support departmental initiatives, projects, and process changes as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
