Responsibilities

• Contact members via phone, email, or in person to discuss loan matters.
• Determine willingness and ability to pay and set up repayment plans.
• Educate and counsel members on loan delinquencies.
• Take payments by phone or via account transfers.
• Consult with loan resolutions managers on escalated cases.
• Trace delinquent members and update addresses as needed.
• Field inquiries from other departments about member accounts.
• Place holds on debit and credit cards for delinquency days.
• Maintain monthly departmental goals and metrics.
