Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or collection experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact members via phone, email, or other methods to discuss delinquencies and payment plans.
• Determine willingness and ability to pay; set up effective repayment schedules.
• Collect payments by phone or through account transfers.
• Consult with Loan Resolution managers on escalated or complex inquiries.
• Trace delinquent members to new addresses through credit bureaus or skip-trace vendors.
• Field calls from other departments to provide account status information.
• Place holds on debit/credit cards as accounts become delinquent.
• Flag accounts with alerts in Core System within set timeframes.
• Maintain department monthly goals and metrics set by management.
