Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Texas is seeking a Loan Resolution Counselor 1 to contact members by phone, email, or similar methods, assess willingness to pay, and establish workable repayment schedules. In this role you will educate members about delinquencies, take payments by phone or transfers, and escalate complex cases to managers while striving to meet monthly goals.

Education: High school diploma or an equivalent mix of education and experience is required.
Experience: Previous sales or collection experience is preferred.
