You will manage documentation, coordinate communication among stakeholders, and ensure compliance with mortgage regulations. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in mortgage lending or related roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage lending, loan coordination, processing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.
• Proficiency in Encompass and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in collecting and reviewing loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate communication between loan officers, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
• Track loan files and maintain pipeline reports to ensure timely processing and closings.
• Prepare and review loan applications before submission to underwriting, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and mortgage industry regulations.
• Generate and distribute reports related to loan production metrics and pipeline status.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing borrower inquiries and assisting with loan-related requests.
