Job Title: Loan Officer Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, Loan Officers, lenders, realtors, and title companies.
2. Assist Loan Officers in processing loans through to closing.
3. Prepare and provide Commitment and Pre-Approval Letters.
4. Support multiple Loan Officers in growing their business.
5. Work directly with clients to facilitate transactions and generate new business.
6. Upload and submit loan packages to lenders.
7. Price mortgage options for Loan Officers.
8. Utilize Salesforce to track and acquire new business.
9. Drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement.
