Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC seeks a Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in daily duties to boost production and ensure a positive customer experience. You will work with customers, loan officers, and processors to help facilitate timely closings and smooth processes.

This role primarily operates in the Pacific Time zone, with duties spanning document handling, disclosures, and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience.
• Sales or customer-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documents via phone and computer tasks.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers.
• Create rate disclosure packages and deliver to borrowers.
• Highlight deficiencies and notify loan officers/processors to prevent problems.
• Provide clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors.
• Assist in pipeline management for various loan products.
• Coordinate with Title Company and customers to schedule closings.
