Dollar Loan Center seeks a Loan Processor to help customers meet short-term financial needs. You will review applications, verify information, and fund loans, while providing top-notch service in person or by phone.

You’ll greet customers, explain borrowing options, and process loans quickly within underwriting guidelines. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish as a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in person or on the phone with enthusiasm.
• Explain loan options and why Dollar Loan Center is a good choice.
• Process loan applications accurately and quickly per underwriting guidelines.
• Explain loan contracts and ensure customers understand terms.
• Identify opportunities to approve loans or offer credit limit increases.
• Contact past-due accounts with professional, timely calls.
• Log notes with accurate promise dates in the system.
• Calculate payments and explain due dates and interest.
