Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a full-time Loan Processor in Lexington, KY to prepare and process commercial loans, mortgages and lines for closing. You will handle documentation, coordinate with lenders and outside vendors, and ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines.

The role demands high accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while delivering excellent customer service to business customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least two years of direct loan documentation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently to process complex loan files accurately.

Responsibilities

• Obtain loan approval information and determine required documentation for closing.
• Coordinate with title, lien searches, flood certifications, surveys, and other vendors.
• Ensure business customers are in good standing before closing documents.
• Prepare loan documents using the bank's systems with accuracy.
• Advise lenders on proper closing procedures and document execution.
• Maintain timely turnaround of loan documentation to meet deadlines.
• File UCC online and assist with post-closing quality checks.
• Support disbursement reviews to ensure correct proceeds.
• Identify technical exceptions and document checklist variances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
