Job summary

TIB, N.A. is hiring a Loan Processor I to review loan documents for correspondent loans and ensure data accuracy before onboarding into the loan core system. The role requires handling onboarding packages, processing payments and advances, and maintaining file integrity across loan operations.

The position emphasizes adherence to banking regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of commercial loan operations experience in all lending phases.
• 1-3 years’ loan accounting (GL to loan system) and DDA balancing.
• 1-3 years’ experience with wire transfers and processing payments.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations and entity documentation.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel and Adobe Standard.

Responsibilities

• Processes onboarding of loan packages, including participations.
• Processes loan payments and advances with system entries.
• Inputs data from loan packages into the core system.
• Ensures documentation accuracy and appropriate approvals.
• Performs quality checks and resolves discrepancies.
• Generates and reviews postings, wires, and funding advice.
• Handles disbursement authorizations within limits and reconciles ledgers.
• Provides timely responses to internal/external inquiries.
• Back-up for audit confirmations and other Loan Operations desks.
