Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ commercial loan operations experience in all phases of lending.
• 1–3 years’ loan accounting experience (GL to loan system).
• 1–3 years’ experience with wire transfer remittance and payments.
• Familiarity with business entity documentation and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding of loan packages and participations.
• Enter core system data and maintain accurate files and postings.
• Review disbursements, balance postings, and daily reports.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
