Job summary

Dacotah Bank is seeking a loan processor to support the Lending Department by preparing loan documents and related materials. You will originate and verify documents using the bank's systems and ensure accuracy before loan closings.

You will also handle processing, servicing, auditing and reporting duties, including uploading loans and maintaining files. A focus on customer service and timely credit bureau retrieval is essential, with LaserPro expertise highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bank loan processing/servicing experience
• Associate degree in Finance or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and coworkers; ability to use discretion and diplomacy
• Good math skills

Responsibilities

• Process loan documents, supporting documents and renewals for all lending officers
• Originate loan documents on the loan processor system and ensure accuracy prior to closing
• Assist in loan processing, servicing, auditing and reporting, including uploading and input of loans
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers and obtain credit bureau reports as requested
• Stay abreast of LaserPro software changes and share updates with staff
