Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in loan documentation or loan operations.
• Experience with financial institution regulations such as TRID, ECOA, HMDA, Flood.
• Familiarity with title work and flood determinations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and review loan documentation with high accuracy and compliance.
• Order and review title commitments and related documentation.
• Prepare and distribute adverse action notices for loans.
