Job summary

FNBT is seeking a Loan Processor to assist customers with consumer loan inquiries and maintain accurate loan documentation in a fast-paced environment. You will interview customers, type loan contracts, and prepare loan-related reports with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include processing loan applications, assisting in closings, researching loan histories, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to company policies as an equal

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong and accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Strong PC knowledge.
• Good phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Able to work with employees at all levels.
• Team oriented and able to get along with co-workers.
• Background check and drug screen per company policy.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with consumer loan inquiries.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of lending products and services.
• Maintain a satisfactory service level regarding call volumes and document preparation.
• Interview customers regarding loan details and answer questions.
• Type loan contracts.
• Prepare reports.
• Process loan applications.
• Assist in loan closings.
• Process loan transactions.
• Research history on current loans.
• Other duties as assigned.
